Need to cancel or reschedule?
Contact our support team using the same email address you entered during booking. Include your booking ID and request. For candidate-requested cancellations, email support at least 24 hours before your interview. A ₹199 cancellation fee applies; requests made within 24 hours are non-refundable, subject to the applicable terms.
